Nate George (aka Editor22) is no stranger to the blog, his NEMESIS PC design won the Mnpctech/bit-tech sketch-up contest last year. The casual viewer would never notice that Evolution was fabricated entirely by hand.

Nate describes the chassis as “2 tiered” with the bottom section holding three 3.5′ hard drives, ATX PSU, and 240mm radiator. The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R v1.0 mounted in BTX orientation.

The chassis frame was constructed from 1/2″ aluminium bars (“L” brackets)

2mm aluminum sheets and 5mm plexi-glass was utilized in the interior and exterior.

The most unique feature is side mounted 5.25 bay.

One optical drive, fan controller and power / reset switches. Optical Drive is aTSSTcorp DVD+-RW

INTEL SSD (x-25m 160) has it’s own window in the top panel.

Nice UV Blue glow inside that reflects upon a 3mm thick fluorescent blue plexi-glass, which echos the radiator grill design. The graphics card is ATI’s Radeon HD 4890 (1024MB)

Intel’s Core i7 920 is cooled with a “Black Sun” waterblock made in Italy by Ybris

The clear top of the water pump protrudes from a wall in the chassis. UV Blue lights project light from behind the inner walls of the chassis.

Cooler Master’s High Performance 120MM R4 Series fans provide ample airflow without excessive noise.

Two 240mm radiators reside on each side of the chassis. A Black Ice GT stealth 240 X-flow and one Black Ice GT stealth 240 with a vent located between them in the floor.
