Bill Owen has made a name for himself in the modding community, not only for the top quality projects he completes, but through his willingness to share his knowledge and teach others his craft.  Bill and his wife Pam own Mnpctech. Since 2001, Mnpctech has modified computer cases into unique custom designs for clientelle around the world.  In 2003, Mnpctech expanded into design and manufacture of their own line of modified cases and modding accessories. In 2008, Bill was the first modder to be commissioned by AMD to build a custom computer for the launch of their Phenom family of processors. Later that year Mnpctech recruited master painter Brad Galvin to offer custom computer finishes rivaled by no other painter in the industry.

"Owen came through with jaw-dropping work of art" - PC Modder Magazine

"Mr owen is in a league all by himself, elevating the bar for the professional case modder to new levels"
- Dev Hardware

"You could say that they're the equivalent to "Orange County Choppers", but in the computer world" - Corsair Memory's "Mod of the Month"
