Cutting circles.

A perfect circle is the most difficult shape to cut with a Dremel. It just makes more sense to use a Holesaw. Otherwise if you don't give in easy and wish to cut elaborate panel designs, master your circles!
Then you can cut just about any design you wish.. Heres how I do circles.

Apply masking tape over the cut area.
Tilt the cutting disc
inside the circle line
Hold the Dremel like
this
Start Dremel at 15,000 rpm.
Only increase rpms when confident you can control the disc.

Use cutting disc to engrave one 1/4" long
groove at a time around the circle.

Turn the panel clockwise as you go along.
It helps to have the
panel attached to a box
Youre going to use the groove to guide the cutting disc.
Set Dremel to maximum speed
Make the cuts about 1/4"
Lean the disc against the inner circle to avoid cutting lines into the blow hole.
Heres the circle removed.
Notice how the edge is angled down.
Use a rounded side file to debur the circle edge.
Masking tape removed.
Not a bad circle for freehand Dremeling.
